  • Listing data updated on a daily basis on trulia.com, so as to advertise your open house on Saturdays and Sundays on our website on a 24/7 basis.
  • Prepare first-class flyers depicting your property with photos, price and of course, key features for potential buyer consideration.
  • The installation of a professional For Sale sign on your property; removal as well at the successful conclusion of the sales.
  • Loan you “Open House” signs and easy-to-read flyers.
  •  OConly Properties will arrange to meet with buyers and sellers; and OConly Properties will also pre-qualify all potential buyers, help them with financing as needed, negotiate all contract terms, prepare and process all documentation such as purchase agreement, negotiate any counter offers, disclosures, home inspections, Title Insurance, escrow instructions and anything else that is relevant to a successful conclusion of the sale.
  • And, of course, arrange and review with you all home inspections and the property appraisal.

It is extremely important that you have a Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm installed in your property. A State of California law in effect as of July 2011 makes this mandatory.
